VA System is the content automation layer that powers the multi-platform publishing strategy across several HW88 ventures.
The Multi-Platform Problem
A single piece of educational content from HavenWizards needs to become: a YouTube Short (vertical, 60s, captions), a Pinterest pin (1000x1500, text overlay, SEO description), a Telegram post (formatted text with preview image), and social media posts for Facebook and LinkedIn. Doing this manually for every piece of content is unsustainable.
What VA System Automates
Content ingestion — takes a source asset (article, video, image) and understands its structure. Format conversion — automatically generates platform-specific variants with correct dimensions, lengths, and metadata. Distribution — posts to each platform via API with optimal timing. Performance tracking — monitors engagement across platforms and feeds learnings back into the optimization engine.
Architecture
Built with Next.js 15 and Supabase for the orchestration layer. Stripe for usage-based billing (planned SaaS model). Each platform integration is a modular adapter — adding a new platform means building one adapter, not rewriting the pipeline. The AI layer handles content summarization, caption generation, and visual optimization.
