The Problem
Creators and businesses are expected to be everywhere — YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Telegram, social feeds — but the work of getting there is entirely manual. Each platform has its own format requirements, posting rhythms, and optimization rules.
The result is that a single piece of content turns into hours of reformatting, scheduling, and distribution. The creative work is done in minutes; the logistics of publishing it everywhere consume the afternoon. Most tools that promise to help only schedule what you have already made by hand — they automate the calendar, not the production.

My Role
I am the founder and automation architect. The core problem is pipeline design: turning one input into many correctly-formatted, correctly-timed outputs without a human reformatting each one.
Status
VA System is in planning, designed on Next.js, Supabase, and Stripe. The current work is the production pipeline itself — the format-conversion and distribution engine that separates a real "produce once, publish everywhere" system from another scheduler.
