The Problem

Philippine celebrity merchandise is a market with demand and no supply chain. Fans want authentic, curated products tied to their favorite local celebrities — but the infrastructure to make and deliver those products does not exist.

The traditional path makes it worse. Conventional merchandising demands large upfront inventory and celebrity licensing deals priced out of reach for most operators. So the people who could serve this demand — local sellers and the celebrities' own teams — are blocked by capital and risk before they begin.

The Approach

Celebrity Crush PH is a B2B2C dropshipping marketplace that connects celebrity brand partnerships with print-on-demand and dropship fulfillment.

For the seller, the model removes inventory risk entirely: products are created on demand when a fan orders, so there is no warehouse, no upfront stock, and no gamble on what will sell. For the celebrity partner, it turns merchandise into a royalty stream without the operational burden of running a merch business. The supply chain that did not exist becomes infrastructure anyone can plug into.

Celebrity Crush PH serves three sides at once: Philippine celebrity fans buying merchandise, celebrity management agencies seeking a low-effort royalty channel, and local influencers and sellers who want to sell without holding inventory.

My Role

I am the founder and platform architect. The design challenge is a three-sided marketplace where fulfillment risk is engineered out — so sellers and celebrity partners can participate without the capital that normally gates this market.

Status

Celebrity Crush PH is coming soon, built as a monorepo on Node and Supabase. The current work is the partnership and fulfillment pipeline — the connective tissue that lets a fan's order trigger on-demand production and a celebrity royalty in one flow.
